dc.description.abstract	This work is devoted to designing and implementing a software solution for organisation and ticket management of enterprise mass events. The system includes both a turnkey solution for businesses and convenient service for their customers. From business perspective, it provides robust tools for creating events and managing tickets distribution for different use cases, such as passenger transportations or conferences. The system uses integrated ticket validating service, which can be used both by customers and controllers from business side. Along with that, the data will be collected for further Machine learning model in order to emphasise recommendations for users. Implementation will be based on integration of microservice-oriented and hexagonal architecture with domain-driven design
