Abstract

The theses examine the role of ESG principles in the contemporary model of enterprise development management. The study substantiates the transformation of the traditional concept of profit into the notion of «sustainable profit», integrating economic, social, and environmental dimensions of business activity. Particular attention is paid to environmental innovations and digital technologies, including artificial intelligence and cloud services, as key drivers of operational efficiency and resilience. The findings indicate that integrating ESG approaches enhances competitiveness and creates long-term business value, while also identifying barriers to implementation and emphasizing the need for systematic integration of sustainability principles into management processes.
