dc.description.abstract	Визначено критерії оцінки ефективності веб-сайтів органів державної влади. Проведено аналіз інформаційного контенту сайтів обласних державних адміністрацій. Визначено джерела інформації для інформаційного забезпечення сайтів органів влади. Розглянуто основні напрямки вдосконалення інформаційного забезпечення сайтів. Розроблена графова модель інформаційного наповнення сайту органу державної влади. Запропоновано процедури виводу на основі AVL-дерев, що зменшують час пошуку необхідних джерел інформації та підвищують ефективність реалізації державних послуг. Определены критерии оценки эффективности веб-сайтов органов государственной власти. Проведен анализ информационного контента сайтов областных государственных администраций. Определены источники информации для информационного обеспечения сайтов органов власти. Рассмотрены основные направления совершенствования информационного обеспечения сайтов. Разработана графовая модель информационного наполнения сайта органа государственной власти. Предложены процедуры вывода на основе AVL-деревьев, за счет которых снижается время и повышается эффективность реализации государственных услуг. Analysis of the content of regional state administrations’ websites revealed such shortcomings as the lack of a unified concept for the formation of websites and incomplete provision of public services to citizens and businesses. As the main sources of information for the formation of sites were identified three components: the information system of the authority, information systems that directly implement the relevant government services, departmental information systems. To improve information support sites a unified approach, based on the consolidation of information from various sources, is offered. A graph model that reflects the information infrastructure of the state and the interrelations between the components and functions of government bodies is developed. The model is the basis for the formation of the website of the public authority. The definition of the information components for the site is realized as a tree construction, which reflects the information need at a specific point in time for the information infrastructure of the state. The efficiency of building a tree is provided by methods of bringing to a balanced form. Proposed output procedures based on AVL-trees can significantly reduce the time of searching for the necessary information and improve the quality of public services. The obtained results can be used as a basis for providing unified interfaces in the process of developing distributed information systems of public authorities.	uk_UA
