Abstract

The subject of this research concerns the creation of a software solution capable of intellectually tracking behavioral patterns of individuals in order to support the sustainable development of positive daily routines. Contemporary digital environments present users with an overwhelming number of distractions, which significantly undermines consistency in self-improvement practices. Against this backdrop, the need for systems that go beyond simple logging and actively participate in shaping user behavior has become increasingly apparent. The present work addresses this gap by examining the design and implementation of a web-based platform that combines behavioral monitoring, adaptive AI-driven guidance, and immersive visual feedback mechanisms.
