dc.description.abstract	В ході дослідження проаналізовано методику оцінки ефективності управління ресурсним потенціалом підприємства. Узагальнено економічну сутність категорій «потенціал» та «ресурсний потенціал підприємства». Визначено що для досягнення цілей розвитку підприємств ресурсний потенціал повинен бути системою взаємопов'язаних оптимальних кількісних та якісних ресурсних пропорцій. Лише за такої умови можливо отримати позитивні економічні та соціальні результати на різних рівнях. На кожному конкретному етапі, ресурсний потенціал охоплює більшу чи меншу сукупність ресурсів у різних співвідношеннях. Структура цього потенціалу впливає на ефективність використання ресурсів і кінцевий результат діяльності підприємства. Вибір методу оцінки залежить від цілей та завдань дослідження, рівня, на якому проводиться аналіз та оцінка, підходу до розуміння сутності та змісту формування, розвитку та відтворення ресурсного потенціалу. Розроблено систематизацію суб’єктів аграрного бізнесу по наявності та ступеню ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу. Запропоновано напрями підвищення ступеня ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу. Ensuring the competitiveness and implementation of competitive advantages of agrarian business entities in the conditions of the development of the market economy in Ukraine is closely related to the processes of rational formation and effective use of their resource potential. The formation and development of resource potential takes place in different directions and is determined individually for each subject of agrarian business. In the course of the study, the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of management of the enterprise's resource potential was analyzed. The economic essence of the categories "potential" and "resource potential of the enterprise" is summarized. It was determined that in order to achieve the goals of enterprise development, the resource potential should be a system of interconnected optimal quantitative and qualitative resource proportions. Only under this condition is it possible to obtain positive economic and social results at various levels. At each specific stage, the resource potential covers a larger or smaller set of resources in different ratios. The structure of this potential affects the efficiency of the use of resources and the final result of the enterprise. The choice of the evaluation method depends on the goals and tasks of the research, the level at which the analysis and evaluation is carried out, the approach to understanding the essence and content of the formation, development and reproduction of the resource potential. A systematization of agricultural business subjects was developed according to the availability and degree of efficiency of use of resource potential. Directions for increasing the degree of efficiency of use of resource potential were proposed. The formation and deve- lopment of agricultural enterprises of various types are closely related to the solution of organizational and economic tasks to increase the return from each spent unit of resource potential, its expanded reproduction, improvement of the structure, and improvement of the effectiveness of the activities of agricultural business entities.
