Abstract

The development of nanotechnology and materials science has significantly influenced approaches to the creation of new materials and devices. The complexity of nanostructured materials requires accurate methods for predicting their properties, which is possible through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) methods. Theoretical studies show the effectiveness of AI in modeling the physical and chemical characteristics of nanostructures, which allows optimizing the process of developing new materials.
