Трёхмерное электромагнитное поле высоколокальных СВЧ зондов с коаксиальной апертурой

Abstract

In this paper we present the results of investigations of an electromagnetic field penetration on depth into the object under study. It is established that the depth distribution of the field depends on the electrophysical parameters of the object, the shape of the tip, and also the location of the region of investigation. The possibility of an analytical approximation of the distribution of the total field over the depth for cases of contact mode and a gap of 1μm is shown.
