dc.description.abstract	This work is devoted to the the development of an optimized scheduling model for the Kharkiv Aeroclub, considering the specifics of ІТs operations. ІТ highlights the importance of efficient planning for aircraft maintenance, pilot training, and flight scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize resource utilization. The study emphasizes the use of simulation modeling to create a flexible and adaptive scheduling system that accounts for both deterministic and stochastic factors. The proposed approach ensures balanced workload distribution, efficient resource management, and enhanced overall performance of the aeroclub.
