Методика юзабіліті тестування фінансових вебсайтів

Abstract

The paper examines the problem of usability testing for financial websites under conditions of limited access to real users due to data protection requirements. The aim of the work is to develop a methodology for testing financial web sites using proxy users. A methodology for evaluating the usability of web interfaces based on the modeling of typical user scenarios is proposed. The results of the study can be used to improve the UI/UX of digital financial services and enhance the quality of user experience.
