dc.description.abstract	This article explores the complex impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the labor market in the 21st century, highlighting both the risks of job displacement and the emergence of new economic opportunities. It emphasizes that automation primarily affects mid-skilled workers, while creating demand for high-skilled and creative roles in technology and digital services. The text also discusses the uneven global effects of AI, noting that developed countries are better prepared to adapt through education and innovation policies. Ultimately, the article argues that a balanced approach combining technological advancement with inclusive social strategies is essential for maximizing AI’s benefits.
