Анотація
This work is devoted to assessing the efficiency of opto-electronic systems for formation and processing of signal and images. The assessment of the effectiveness of optoelectronic systems is used in calculations of the range, resolution, quality of the obtained image, processing speed, resistance to interference and other parameters. This report presents the results of evaluating the efficiency of optoelectronic systems by the signal-to-noise ratio criterion based on the application of the interframe signal processing method. Methods of mathematical modeling of the signal formation process in optoelectronic systems are applied, taking into account the stochastic characteristics of the signal and background components.
