Теоретичні аспекти формування механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку підприємства

Abstract

У статті надано авторське визначення поняття «механізм інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку підприємства», під яким пропонується розуміти цілісну систему організаційно-економічних, управлінських та фінансово-інституційних інструментів, що забезпечують реалізацію сукупності трансформаційних процесів, спрямованих на формування, залучення й ефективне використання інноваційних та інвестиційних ресурсів, покращення адап-тивності й стійкості підприємства з метою забезпечення його конкурентоспро-можності у динамічному середовищі. Особливістю такої інтерпретації є необхідність реалізації трансформаційних процесів. Наведено етапи формування механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку підприємства (діагностика стану підприємства, визначення цілей і завдань, розробка концепції, розробка організаційно-правлінських заходів, реалізація, моніторинг). Запропоновано концептуальну схему механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку під-приємства, в межах чого визначено суб’єкт, об’єкт, мету, завдання, принципи (загальні та специфічні), підходи (системний, процесний, інтегрований), базові складові (інноваційна, інвестиційна, організаційно-економічна) та особливості моніторингу функціонування такого механізму. Побудовано схему трансфор-маційних процесів в контексті механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку підприємствана основі системно-процесного підходу, що розкриває зміст і склад вхідних ресурсів, трансформаційних процесів, вихідних результатів та характер зворотного зв’язку. За результатами досліджень сформовано порівняльну таблицю трансформаційних процесів у сучасній українській економіці та трансформаційних процесів підприємства в контексті механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку, яку розділено на два блоки: макрорівень (трансфор-маційні процеси української економіки); мікрорівень (трансформаційні процеси підприємства в контексті механізму інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку). The article provides the author’s definition of the concept of the «mechanism of innovation and investment development of the enterprise»,which is proposed to be understood as an integral system of organizational-economic, managerial, and financial-institutional instruments that ensure the implementation of a set of transformational processes aimed at generating, attracting, and effectively utilizing innovation and investment resources, while enhancing the adaptability and resilience of the enterprise in order to secure its competitiveness in a dynamic environment. A distinctive feature of this interpretation is the emphasis on the necessity of implementing transformational processes. The stages of forming the mechanism of innovation and investment development of the enterprise are presented, namely: enterprise state diagnostics, goal-setting, concept development, organizational and managerial design, implementation, and monitoring. A conceptual framework of the mechanism of innovation and investment development of the enterprise is proposed, including its subject, object, purpose, tasks, principles (general and specific), approaches (systemic, process, integrated), basic components (innovation, investment, organizational-economic), and the specifics of monitoring its functioning. Furthermore, a scheme of transformational processes within the mechanism of innovation and investment development of the enterprise, based on the system-process approach, is constructed, which reveals the content and structure of input resources, transformational processes, output results, and feedback loops. Based on the research results, a comparative table of transformational processes in the modern Ukrainian economy and those at the enterprise level within the mechanism of innovation and investment development is developed, divided into two analytical blocks: the macro level (transformational processes of the Ukrainian economy) and the micro level (transformational processes of the enterprise within the mechanism of innovation and investment development).
