Анотація
This paper discusses the internal problems of modern society and their solution, from the point of view of morality. Its essence and functions, as well as the place occupied in human life. The view of ancient society (in the person of the prominent thinkers of ancient Greece) is opposed to the modern attitude to morality, because it was then that the Western philosophical tradition originated, along with ideas about society, its structure and well-being, universal virtues.
