It is thanks to them that we have deep cultural traditions, art schools, which were founded several centuries ago, created symphony orchestras and theaters. The relevance of the study is due to the high attention to the cultural heritage of our country. The purpose of our work is to consider the main trends in the development of culture in Slobozhanshchina, in particular the life and work of Slatin.
