Abstract

The development of inclusive education is an important priority of modern higher education systems. One of the key factors for successful inclusion is the readiness of university students to cooperate in an inclusive environment. This study examines the level of awareness, attitudes, and willingness of students to interact with peers who have special educational needs. The research analyzes social, psychological, and educational aspects that influence students’ readiness for inclusive collaboration. The results show that most students demonstrate a generally positive attitude toward inclusion, although some still experience uncertainty due to lack of knowledge and practical experience. The study highlights the importance of educational programs that develop tolerance, empathy, and communication skills. The findings may be useful for improving educational strategies aimed at strengthening inclusive culture in universities.
