Застосування фрактального аналізу в лазерній косметології

Abstract

This work is devoted to the possible use of fractal analysis in laser cosmetology. The aim is to understand how the structure of the skin changes after exposure to laser radiation, how these changes can be quantitatively described and how those changes can be measured. The research tries to see if fractal methods could serve as a kind of morphometric tool, giving a numerical way to describe the messy, uneven patterns of biological tissues which are never really regular. There’s a focus on how the fractal dimension helps to look at skin aging, to track how well fractional laser treatments work and to see the state of blood vessels in different skin diseases. Also, it touches on multifractal ideas in photopolymerization and even in laser stereolithography for making artificial skin, which sounds complicated but promising and a bit confusing actually.
