Методика тестування і профілювання процесу друкування флексографським способом

Abstract

The paper investigates the features of ensuring stable color reproduction in flexographic printing on non-absorbent materials used in the production of label and packaging products. The problems of print quality control on metallized paper, polymer films, plastics, and combined substrates are analyzed, for which traditional methods of evaluating printed samples are insufficiently effective. A methodology for testing and profiling the flexographic printing process under the conditions of the operating enterprise Astron+ LLC is proposed. The methodology includes the stages of collecting technological information, test planning, preparation of test layouts, test printing, print analysis, and creation of ICC profiles for various materials. Attention is also paid to the development of metrological print samples used for stabilizing the printing process and controlling the quality of color reproduction. It has been established that the application of the developed methodology makes it possible to ensure stable color reproduction, improve color accuracy, and optimize the preparation process of flexographic printing on non-absorbent materials.
