Застосування AI в рекрутингових системах

Abstract

These theses present the results of an analytical review of the current state of the IT market in Ukraine. Statistics and the ratio of vacancies and candidates in the labor market are considered. Based on the results of this analysis, as well as the average cost of hiring for the company, it is suggested to consider the option of automating the recruiting process by using artificial intelligence during the processing of candidate applications and resume selection.
