Abstract

The article analyses innovative development as a systemic process of resource renewal for competitive advantages in dynamic markets. It systematises theoretical models: process chains from research to market, open innovation networks, and evolutionary strategy selection. Hierarchical factors (micro-, meso-, macro-levels) and mechanisms – dynamic capabilities (sensing, seizing, reconfiguring) – are examined through institutional, financial, and motivational tools. Methodological novelty integrates these into a unified framework for market uncertainty. The study synthesises evolutionary, resource-based, and competence paradigms for strategic planning and commercialisation.
