Abstract

This paper presents a specialized methodology for evaluating students' creative competence in arts lyceums based on motivational, cognitive-activity, and result-reflective criteria. Psychological diagnostic scores are mathematically standardized for the assessment. To account for practical achievements, a dynamic scoring model is introduced that considers event level, award status, and participation format. The final integral score is calculated as a weighted sum, deliberately prioritizing the result-reflective criterion over a simple arithmetic mean. This approach provides administration with objective, quantitative data to effectively manage and adjust educational strategies.
