Розробка комбінованого методу оцінювання вартості ІТ-проєкту розробки рекомендаційної системи на основі методу аналізу ієрархій та нечіткої логіки

Abstract

This study addresses the problem of cost estimation for an IT project focused on developing a recommendation system at the initiation stage, where uncertainty is high due to incomplete requirements and limited historical data. A combined approach based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy logic is proposed to integrate quantitative metrics with qualitative expert judgments. The method involves constructing a hierarchical criteria model, determining weights through pairwise comparisons, formalizing linguistic variables with membership functions, and transforming an integral complexity indicator into a projected monetary value.
