Abstract

The educational process is increasingly integrated with digital technologies, including virtual assistant technology. The use of such an assistant in the educational space makes it possible to make learning more personalised, accessible, inclusive, and reduces the level of administrative burden. However, there are also a number of limitations, ethical issues and communication laws. For the effective use of virtual assistants, it is necessary to develop integration strategies that minimise possible implementation problems and take into account the need for a balance between automated and live forms of communication between educators.
