Особливості логістики малого масштабу в міських і локальних системах

Abstract

Logistics research mainly focuses on large-scale systems, while a significant part of logistics activity takes place in small-scale urban and local systems. These systems include individual courier deliveries, local online businesses, and home-based storage with direct distribution. Despite limited resources and low formalization, small-scale logistics follows the same fundamental principles as large logistics networks. This paper analyzes the features of small-scale logistics in urban and local contexts and shows that it is studied mainly within last-mile logistics, urban logistics, micro-fulfilment, and small-scale delivery systems, confirming the universality of logistics principles.
