| dc.description.abstract | Model of photonic crystal Mach-Zehnder interferometer is considered in this work. Package MEEP is used for numerical calculations of spectral characteristics of the structure. FDTD method is implemented for modeling of wave propagation in the interferometer. Dispersion characteristics of the bulk photonic crystal are obtained using program package MIT Photonic Bands. | |
