Abstract

The paper substantiates the necessity of implementing a system of early warning indicators for crisis phenomena in project activities. It explores the concept of «weak signals» and economic diagnostic methods as a foundation for preventive management. A classification of Early Warning Indicators (EWI) is proposed, categorized by cost, time, resource, and external groups of indicators. It is proven that integrating the proposed indicators into the general anti-crisis management system allows for minimizing resource losses. The results facilitate a shift from reactive to proactive project risk management. Implementing the system enhances the organization's financial stability under conditions of high environmental turbulence.
