Abstract

The article emphasizes the need to determine the limits of freedom of work. It is note that labor freedom is not infinity: in the case of infinity, it will turn into irresponsibility and permissiveness in the use of labor. By the limits of freedom of work, the author names those main features, the absence of which allows asserting the absence or restriction of labor freedom. A list of such the limits is given.
