dc.description.abstract	The problem of processing information on set of servers was considered by us from point of view of the theory of queuing systems (QS). In the first pproximation, the QS consist of five sequentially connected blocks: input, accumulation and storage, selection, processing and output. In the second approximation, the elements of the system are described in more detail. With this approach, it is possible to solve the optimization problem of processing requests. Optimization can be performed for various purposes. For example processing time minimization, processing costs minimization or other deterministic or fuzzy-defined goals
