Abstract

The peculiarity of regional development in the context of post-war economic recovery is based on a systematic approach that includes support and activation of territorial resources. In the context of destruction and changes in regional specialization, it is advisable to adapt regional and sectoral development programmes to the new conditions of the resource potential of territories. The increase in regional development disparities requires state support in adapting legislation to new conditions and creating a positive investment climate. The main directions of development of regional economic systems are aimed at restoring infrastructure and adaptive capabilities to the influence of the external environment.
