Моделювання оптичної системи формування профілю пучка

Abstract

The optical system for laser beam profile shaping is considered. The Ansys Zemax OpticStudio environment and ZPL macro programming are used for simulation and optimization of the system. The transformation of an input Gaussian beam into a spatially uniform Top Hat profile is studied. The results demonstrate the efficiency of using aspheric lenses and diffractive elements to achieve high irradiance uniformity in the focal plane.
