Аналіз методологічного інструментарію процесу оцінювання іт-проєкту на етапі ініціації

Abstract

This work examines the methodological aspects of IT-project evaluation during the initiation phase, focusing on the utilization of economic-mathematical and expert-analytical methods. The study provides an analysis of key quantitative metrics such as NPV, IRR, PI. Furthermore, the research explores method of expert evaluations, Delphi method, ranking technique and pairwise comparison, which are crucial for assessing IT-projects. It was found that both groups of methods often leverage similar calculating parameters. The findings suggest that only a combination of economic-mathematical and expert-analytical evaluation is essential for minimizing investment risks and selection of projects to ensure their eventual effectiveness.
