Abstract

The proposed approach is devoted to modeling of distant education processes life cycle. Education processes are considered as a business processes. Education processes life cycle management includes sequence of actions from definition of existing problems and inefficient processes, formation to the requirement to processes improvement, definition of interrelations between the formulated requirements and characteristics of services, planning of the project of improvements, definition of executors, documenting of existing process, reengineering of process, comparison of the existing and new version of process, an audit of the received decision.
