Abstract

Recognizing the complexity of economic relationships and dependencies, it becomes evident that effective long-term functioning of the economy is unattainable without government influence. In the context of war, Ukraine's regulatory policy aims at supporting the economy in at least same status as it was before war, using all available resources for military needs. The Ukrainian government has implemented various measures, including streamlining procurement systems and adopting regulations to support agricultural producers during the conflict. Additionally, there is a focus on social and financial support for nearly all citizens and entrepreneurs
