Розробка портативного колориметра для медичної експрес-діагностики

Abstract

A portable digital colorimeter has been developed for the simultaneous determination of color coordinates and optical transmittance of biomedical fluids. A modified sensor architecture is proposed, incorporating multiple photodetectors and optical filters in each color channel, along with algorithmic signal averaging by a microcontroller. This approach reduces spectral mismatch and improves measurement stability. An uncertainty budget evaluation was performed. The experimental results confirm the suitability of the device for laboratory and biomedical applications.
