dc.description.abstract	The given work provides methods of mathematical modeling of graphene based nanotransistors, which have shown tremendous potential in the field of electronics. The mathematical models presented in this work aim to provide a better understanding of the behavior of graphene-based nanotransistors, which can help in the optimization of their design and performance. In this study was reviewed the fundamental properties of graphene that make it a promising material for nanoelectronics.
