Abstract

The paper considers a comprehensive approach to the development of the main components of a hotel information system. It considers the main aspects of hotel service management, problems associated with booking processes, and the growing demand for digital solutions in the hospitality industry. The structure and functional purpose of the system are analyzed, key modules and their interaction within a single software environment are identified. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to digitize hotel enterprise management processes, increasing requirements for the quality of customer service, and the need to automate internal business processes.
