The system standard of judgement innovativ and investment ability of the enterprise is offered (flexibility, sensitivity, competitiveness, possibility of the development, innovativ and investment security). The model of the estimation to efficiency of the operating the system innovativ and investment ability of the enterprise is offered. Запропоновано систему критеріїв оцінки інноваційно-інвестиційної спроможності підприємства (гнучкість, чутливість, конкурентоспроможність, можливість розвитку, інноваційно-інвестиційна безпека). Запропоновано модель оцінки ефективності функціонування системи інноваційно-інвестиційної спроможності підприємства.
