Abstract

The paper examines the use of business intelligence technologies in modern software systems. The role of BI systems in the processes of data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the capabilities of cloud-based analytical platforms for integrating heterogeneous data sources and supporting decision-making. The importance of business intelligence tools for improving the efficiency of software systems and optimizing data analysis processes is highlighted.
