Abstract

The article considers the problems of the crisis of the modern liberal world order, its transformation on the basis of new principles of the approach to understanding the modern world order. These new principles are based on the polycentricity of the world structure and the possibility of the coexistence of many different civilizations in it. The factors of transformation of the world political system and the possibility of finding adequate approaches to reformatting existing political spaces are studied
