dc.description.abstract	Drones have become extremely popular not only as entertainment devices, but also as professional equipment. Most applications of drones have some common features: they perform predefined tasks, change only the coordinates of their location, and in some cases do not require full or even partial control by the operator. The development of a drone control system using a mobile Internet network requires a multifunctional approach and the interaction of different areas of knowledge, such as unmanned aviation, mobile communications, artificial intelligence, cyber security, and others. The result of the development can be an effective and flexible system that provides improved interaction between humans and drones and opens up new opportunities for using drones in various service areas
