Abstract

Modern web systems often use dynamic content, which can disrupt the visual consistency of a website when uploaded images do not match its predefined color palette. Such mismatches may negatively affect the overall appearance of the interface and users’ perception of design quality. This work considers the use of semantic color correction as a method for adapting images to the visual style of a website. Unlike traditional global color adjustments, this approach modifies different parts of an image depending on their semantic meaning, preserving natural colors of important objects while allowing background elements to be adapted to the page palette. The application of semantic color correction helps maintain visual harmony in dynamic web environments and supports a consistent and user-friendly interface.
