Abstract

This work is devoted to the development of a simulation model of a pyroelectric converter in the Micro-Cap 12 software environment in order to study the frequency, time and phase characteristics of pyroelectric detectors. Analysis of the behavior of pyrodetectors under different conditions and from the structural and physical parameters without physical manufacturing of samples is a very relevant task even in our time. This report considers the concept of a pyroelectric converter, its equivalent circuits, the parameters necessary for building a simulator, and also makes a comparison with a ready-made industrial device. The developed simulator can be used in scientific research, the educational process and engineering practice in the creation and improvement of pyroelectric systems
