The materials of the study emphasize the transformative potential of aerial robots for the development of «smart cities», as well as the need for further interdisciplinary research to fully realize their capabilities.

    Algorithm for multi-board radio-electronic devices synthesis on maximal accepted overheat

    The provision of a normal thermal regime for the future design of the radio-electronic device at the design stage prior to its manufacture is considered. The effect of the form of the radio electronic device on its temperature regime at the stage of its design is established. Tha algorithm for the thermophysical design of single-unit radioelectronic devices has been developed. For the first time recommendations were received on the choice of the optimal form of the radio electronic device at the design stage prior to its manufacture.

    Analysis of design process of automated fire protection system

    This work addresses topical issue of fire safety, identifying its importance in various spheres of life and emphasizing potential threats to people and property. The importance of automating fire safety systems and developing modern fire protection systems (FPS) as key element for minimizing risks and responding effectively to fire situations is discussed. The work provides details of fire protection system design process, including choice of system type, equipment brand, integration with other systems, and development of equipment layouts. Taking into account the various features of facilities, work recommends optimal approaches to selection and development of fire alarm system, helping to ensure complete control and safety at facilities of various nature.

    Analysis of modern telecommunications: data transmission via GSM channel

Analysis of automation in data management shows how adapting technologies can improve quality of communication. The results of the study confirm the relevance of GSM in various fields, emphasizing its importance in face of rapidly changing requirements of our time. The identified advantages and disadvantages of technology make it possible to optimize data transmission processes, reducing costs and improving quality of communication. The results can also serve as basis for further research in field of transition to latest standards, which ensures competitiveness in modern telecommunications market.

    Analysis of Personal Information Security Issues in Peacetime and Wartime

    This study addresses critical issue of personal data protection in both peacetime and wartime, focusing on impact of information warfare on data security. The research is particularly relevant given increasing cyber threats during military conflicts and need for robust data protection systems that can function effectively in various scenarios. The primary hypothesis posits that personal data becomes significantly more vulnerable to cyberattacks during wartime compared to peacetime due to intensification of information warfare. To test this hypothesis, study employs comprehensive methodology. The study introduces novel concept of "dual-purpose" personal data protection systems, designed to be effective in both peacetime and wartime conditions.

    Analysis of robotics platforms for educational and research purposes

    The work discusses modern robotic simulators, in particular Webots, V-REP (CoppeliaSim) and Gazebo, which are widely used for educational and research purposes. A comparative analysis of capabilities of these platforms, their features, and limits of their application is carried out. The article provides recommendations for choosing simulator depending on specific tasks of user. The use of robotics simulators in education plays important role because they allow students and researchers to acquire practical skills in near-real-world conditions without need to use physical prototypes. This is especially important when studying complex robotic systems where mistakes can be costly or even dangerous. Simulators provide opportunity to experiment with different scenarios, develop and test control algorithms, which significantly speeds up learning process.

    The study discusses modern possibilities of production processes automation in field of microelectronics with help of robotic systems. The influence of automation on improving productivity, accuracy and quality of manufacturing microelectronic components is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to integration of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence and IoT, which optimize production processes and reduce costs. The requirements for automated control systems, which ensure their efficiency, reliability and safety, have been determined. The results of study indicate need to introduce automated solutions to maintain competitiveness of enterprises in microelectronics, which opens up new horizons for innovative developments in this important area.

    This work studies cloud giants such as Amazon Web Services, Azure and Google Cloud Platform and then compares them in detail. The work identifies 20 characteristics of their performance. Providers are evaluated for competitiveness, which includes analysis of various aspects and characteristics that are important for organizations and customers using cloud services. A comparative table and diagram based on which, taking into account such key features as security, impact of providers on business processes and IT infrastructure of company showed that each of them has its own features and limitations, which must be known for optimal choice of cloud provider.

    Comparative analysis of modern SCADA packages for production automation

    The work reveals the main capabilities and conceptual aspects of modern SCADA packages, which are widely used to automate production processes. A detailed study of the functional characteristics of three wired systems has been carried out: InTouch, iFix, and WinCC. A comparison of their technical capabilities, architecture, supported protocols, visualization tools, security mechanisms, and economic aspects of implementation is carried out. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of potential risks and threats associated with the implementation of SCADA systems in production. Technical integration challenges, cybersecurity issues, organizational risks, and compatibility problems with existing equipment are considered. On the basis of the study, strategies for minimizing risks are proposed, and practical recommendations for choosing the optimal system depending on the specifics of the enterprise are developed. The results of the study are of practical value for enterprises planning to modernize production or introduce new automation systems. The presented materials can be used to make a reasonable choice of an SCADA system and develop an effective strategy for its implementation, taking into account the potential risks and features of a particular production.

    Developing the information search system for selecting the moulds forming elements

    Today the information environment is highly developed, it enables collecting, processing, storing, distributing, searching and transferring of information. The need for automation of information activities and information resources management at all levels stipulates the demand for the development of information search systems. The subject matter of this research is the information search system for selecting the moulds forming elements. The aim of this work is to reduce the time for searching and determining the main parameters of the matrices, punches and characters by means of creating the information search system for selecting the moulds forming elements. To achieve this goal the following tasks should be solved: to review the main moulds forming elements and their technical parameters; to develop a search algorithm; to develop the database structure for selecting the moulds forming elements; to design the interface of the information search system. While solving the set tasks, the methodology of the systems analysis and modelling was used. The review the main objectives and characteristics of information search systems resulted in the development of the database logical structure which consists of 6 tables. The interface of the information search system was developed. It provides the “easy” and self-explanatory selection of moulds forming elements. Thus, the developed system includes information about the unique number of the forming elements; their type, name and properties; material and features of the quality of a workpiece surface; a workpiece kind and form to determine the nominal dimensions of forming elements. The use of the system enables reducing the time of searching and identifying forming the key technical parameters of forming elements as well as storing and manipulating the data about these elements.

    Development of a structural scheme for automatic dosing of liquid components

    The work explores the relevant issue of automating the dosing process of liquid components in production systems. It is noted that the accuracy of liquid component dosing plays a key role in ensuring product quality and the economic efficiency of production. A generalized structural diagram of the automated liquid component dosing subsystem (ADLC) based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller is proposed, enabling the coordination of all system components. The main functional blocks are described, including a sensor subsystem for motion and temperature monitoring, an indication system, actuators (L293D driver, SG90 servo, JGB37-520 motor-reducer), and a power supply unit. The use of a closed-loop control principle is emphasized, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability of dosing results. The developed structural diagram defines the architecture and operational principles of the automated dosing control system, laying the foundation for further development of universal and flexible solutions for a wide range of industrial applications. У роботі досліджується актуальна проблема автоматизації процесів дозування рідких компонентів у виробничих системах. Зазначено, що точність дозування рідких компонентів відіграє ключову роль у забезпеченні якості продукції та економічній ефективності виробництва. Запропоновано узагальнену структурну схему автоматизованої підсистеми дозування рідких компонентів (ADLC) на основі мікроконтролера Arduino Uno, яка дозволяє координувати роботу всіх компонентів системи. Представлено опис основних функціональних блоків, таких як: підсистема датчиків руху та температури, система індикації, виконавчі механізми (L293D драйвер, SG90 серводвигун, JGB37-520 мотор-редуктор), а також блок живлення. Відзначено використання принципу замкненого контуру керування, що забезпечує високу точність і повторюваність результатів дозування. Розроблена структурна схема визначає архітектуру та принципи функціонування автоматизованої системи управління дозуванням, створюючи передумови для подальшої розробки універсальних та гнучких рішень для широкого спектра промислових застосувань.

    Development of a structural scheme for automatic dosing of liquid components

    As a result of a comprehensive analysis of mobile platform designs for promotional robots, the most effective technical solutions were identified. A comparative analysis of drive types confirmed the advantages of BLDC motors for platforms with a load capacity of 30 kg due to their high efficiency (85-95 %), long service life, and minimal maintenance requirements. Calculations determined the need for 24,57 W of power per wheel with a recommended reserve of 100-125 W to ensure reliable operation under various conditions. Analysis of control systems revealed the optimality of a combined architecture (Raspberry Pi for high-level computing and STM32 for real-time control), which provides the necessary performance for implementing SLAM algorithms while maintaining the reliability of critical safety functions. Mathematical modeling confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed motion parameters and energy characteristics. Energy analysis showed that the use of LiFePO4 batteries provides 1,5-2 hours of autonomous operation with an average power consumption of 200-300 W and over 2000 charge-discharge cycles. The developed Modbus interface enables standardized integration with other robot modules and ensures reliable communication at distances of up to 1200 m. The obtained results are of practical importance for the development of commercial promotional robots and can be adapted for platforms with different load capacities. The proposed methodology for calculating parameters and selecting components ensures an optimal balance between performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, which is critical for the successful implementation of robotic systems in the service and marketing sectors. В результаті комплексного аналізу конструкцій мобільних платформ для промо-роботів визначено найефективніші технічні рішення. Порівняльний аналіз привідів підтвердив переваги двигунів BLDC для платформ вантажопідйомністю 30 кг завдяки високій ККД (85-95%), довгому терміну служби та мінімальним вимогам до обслуговування. Розрахунки визначили необхідність 24,57 Вт потужності на колесо з рекомендованим резервом 100-125 Вт для надійної роботи в різних умовах. Аналіз систем управління виявив оптимальність комбінованої архітектури (Raspberry Pi для обчислень високого рівня та STM32 для контролю реального часу), що забезпечує продуктивність для алгоритмів SLAM та надійність критичних функцій безпеки. Математичне моделювання підтвердило ефективність запропонованих параметрів руху та енергетичних характеристик. Енергетичний аналіз показав, що використання акумуляторів LiFePO4 забезпечує 1,5-2 години автономної роботи при середній споживаній потужності 200-300 Вт та понад 2000 циклів заряд-розряд. Розроблений інтерфейс Modbus дозволяє стандартизовану інтеграцію з іншими модулями робота та забезпечує надійний зв'язок на відстанях до 1200 м. Отримані результати мають практичне значення для розробки комерційних промо-роботів та можуть бути адаптовані для платформ з різною вантажопідйомністю. Запропонована методика розрахунку параметрів та вибору компонентів забезпечує оптимальний баланс продуктивності, надійності та економічної ефективності, що є критичним для впровадження робототехнічних систем у сфері послуг та маркетингу.

    Development of automated control system for continuous casting

    Today, automated continuous casting control systems are developing rapidly, as process of manufacturing billets (prod ucts) of same size from metal in casting mold in mass production has long been outdated and “continuous casting stage” is coming. This process is suitable for non-ferrous metals and steel. However, each time during development, task of improving quality of re sulting billet arises, which directly depends on optimizing efficiency and reliability of automated systems themselves. Optimization is key stage in development process, as it is aimed at ensuring accuracy and stability of casting process, which includes development of parametric model and accurate algorithms that ensure optimal temperature, metal pouring rate, oscillation frequency, oscillation am plitude, metal level in crystallizer, and position of position of industrial bucket stopper for each casting stage. In particular, this prob lem has not yet been fully solved in literature known to authors, so it is necessary to formulate problem and develop algorithm for system operation for specific safety casting unit. The aim of study is to develop automated control system to ensure accuracy and stability of casting process. The developed control system for continuous casting plant is based on proposed parametric model, which is formalized on basis of set theory. The model takes into account key parameters for particular casting process: metal pouring rate, oscillation frequency, oscillation amplitude, metal level in crystallizer, and position of industrial bucket stopper. The problem was formulated and key parameters were determined, which are taken into account in system’s algorithm, which made it possible to develop control system for continuous casting plant to solve problem of improving quality of resulting billet. A parametric model and generalized black box model representation were created, which are necessary for both new continuous casting projects and existing units to optimize metal casting process. To set up continuous casting system, controlled parameters such as pouring speed, oscillation frequency and amplitude, metal level in crystallizer, and position of industrial bucket stopper were determined. The algorithm of control system for continuous casting plant was developed, on basis of which system was developed that allows monitoring, regulation and control of obtaining steel process or non-ferrous billets. The developed user interface of control system is simple and easy to use.

    Development of remote control for thermoplastics dosing automation system

    This paper focuses on automation aspects of plastic molding processes, namely thermoplastics dosing. The main components of automation systems are briefly considered. The key features of development are presented. The structure of injection molding machine and processes that take place in it are studied. As result, virtual console for regulating and controlling dosing process was developed using trendy Scada package. This is ergonomic console that provides operator with user-friendly interface for precise control of dosing process, ensuring high quality and production efficiency.
