Such a review showed that there are models of different directions. Among these algorithms, it is worth highlighting: robot control when avoiding obstacles, finding a directional path, general robot motion control. The paper considers the design features of classical magnetrons. Ways of improving magnetrons are proposed. In particular, it is proposed toconsider a reversed magnetron. We note the design features of such magnetrons. For this, we highlight the different locations of the auto cathode. This will avoid errors in the movement of the robot, solve the tasks. Among the main tasks of route planning for a mobile robot, as a rule, are distinguished: building a map of the robot’s motion environment, and adjusting the robot’s motion path. It has been explained in a simple way by an algorithm and then formalized by mathematical models. It is also important to use assess the development and impact of the pandemic. This is important for making effective management decisions. Based on this, the paper analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on changes in the price of basic energy resources. This analysis is based on the ideology of wavelets. We used the method to calculate wavelet coherence estimates. The adequacy of using the ideology of wavelets to obtain appropriate estimates is shown. The results are obtained for real data.
