    Knowledge Management Toolset Analysis for Learning Organizations

    The modern society’s existence is inseparably linked with the development of information technologies. Today information plays a key role in the development of our society. As a result, science is beginning to move upto a more advanced stage of development - the noospheric one. The noospheric stage of scientific development involves the use of modern noospheric system approach and innovative methods and echnologies based on knowledge. This work is based upon a noospheric system methodology (systemology) which allows to consider complex systems holistically, to take into account their essential (ontological) properties and relations, to solve the complicated ill-structured problems relying on knowledge. The application of the systemological classification analysis on the basis of the natural classification criteria allows to define and to simulate deep knowledge being adequate for any subject domain including the ill-structured ones; to consider the objects’ essential properties. Using of the knowledge-oriented system tools allows employees to build intellectual capital, will allow organizations and states to develop in a more efficient, competitive way and to form knowledge economy. Knowledge management tools are the most effective means of managing organizations to improve their competitiveness. Alongside the increasing number of Internet users, the enhancing of its availability, the effectiveness of social networking on the Internet in organizations rises, it is especially vital for employees training. The improvement of quality of social networks functioning on the Internet requires the adequacy of their domain, adaptability and useroriented interface. The paper has presented some results of studies on knowledge systematization in the subject domains "Social Networking on the Internet", "Competences" on the basis of systemological classification analysis that is directly relevant for the education field, the learning organizations creation, functional platform for further development of this direction.

    On the Training of Consolidated Information Analysts

    The current development of society requires the use of modern information technologies of business administration, regardless the field of activity. For automation and informatization an enterprise requires the introduction of innovative technologies, including technologies for knowledge management. To ensure the integration of modern information technology corresponding to the noospheric stage of scientific development organizations require highly qualified analysts for consolidated information (business intelligence analysts, information analysts, knowledge managers). The Social Informatics Department of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics is engaged in the training of such specialists, its workers developed a standard for the preparation of consolidated information analysts in Ukraine. This standard is largely in line with the preparation of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (Competitive Intelligence). Special difficulties in the training of consolidated information analysts in a lack of teaching hours are related to the need of development of a special kind of systematic analytical and creative thinking, as well as the ability to perceive and implement modern world standards of information and organizational culture. The training program is formed in a manner to develop thinking and understanding of the relevance, necessity and features of work with knowledge at the graduates from various universities and bachelor systems. An important role in this process belongs to the integration of educational and scientific process at the department that allows us to prepare highly qualified specialists in a short time, but the main feature is the use of training in the preparation of a noospheric system methodology - systemology and modern systemological method – the systemological classification analysis. The article deals with the relevance of the training and development of the specialty through the use of modern tools of knowledge management, some aspects of the training of consolidated information analysts, methods and tools to improve the quality of their education in terms of reducing academic load and reduce the direct interaction between teachers and students.
