Публікація A Study of Correlation Ratios for Low- and High-Density Lipoprotein in Comparison with Antioxidant Vitamins A, E, C at Different Levels of Glycosylated Hemoglobin among Type 2 Diabetes Patients(WARSE, 2020) Abd Elgadir A. Altoum; Asaad Ma. Babker; Marwan Ismail; Lyashenko, V.Diabetes is one of the chronic diseases in which the number of patients increases every year. Moreover, diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for the risk for the development of other diseases. Therefore, the number of studies that address various aspects of the diagnosis and control of the processes of diabetes is increasing. Among such studies, an important place is taken by the analysis of the relationship between low and high density lipoprotein and antioxidant vitamins A, E, C. Such an analysis can be done using various analytical methods. This expands medical diagnostics and treatment options for diseases. The study was based on a sample of 300 patients with type 2 diabetes. For analysis, we used: correlation analysis and the wavelet coherence method. The values of wavelet coherence between low and high density lipoprotein and antioxidant vitamins A, E, C for different levels of glycosylated hemoglobin were obtained. This provides an explanation of the differences in the relationship between low and high density lipoprotein and antioxidant vitamins. Also a more consistent dynamics is observed between antioxidant vitamins A, E, C and HDL, taking into account changes in glycosylated hemoglobin levels. This is a key factor in understanding the greater correlations between antioxidant vitamins A, E, C, and HDL.Публікація Information technologies of the processing of the spaces of the states of a complex biophysical object in the intellectual medical system health(WARSE, 2019) Asaad Ma. Babker; Abd Elgadir A. Altoum; Tvoroshenko, I.; Lyashenko, V.This article proposes information technologies for processing the state spaces of a complex biophysical object in an intelligent medical system HEALTH, which made it possible to improve the intelligent decision-making system in the field of cardiology by selecting a probable set of diagnoses with the appropriate coefficients of confidence and gradual refinement of it. Software implementation of the state space processing of a complex biophysical object in an intelligent medical system HEALTH implemented in an object-oriented programming environment. Laboratory operation of the hardware and software of the intelligent medical system HEALTH confirmed the high probability of making objective decisions in the medical subject area. It has been determined that an intelligent medical system has been developed HEALTH can be used both in clinical practice by novice specialists and during training of students and doctors in advanced training institutes.Публікація New Approach for Analysis the Correlation of Some Oxidative Markers in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by Data Wavelet Analysis(IJPHRD, 2019) Abd Elgadir A. Altoum; Asaad Ma. Babker; Ahmed L. Osman; Marwan Ismail; Lyashenko, V.Diabetes mellitus is a common disease. This disease also has several complications, which is the main reason for the development of other diseases. For the study of diabetes, various markers are considered. Analysis of such markers allows us to draw conclusions about the degree of development of diabetes mellitus. We are considering expanding the analysis of various markers in diabetes. To do this, we use wavelet ideologists - the wavelet coherence method. We have identified periods of agreement between FBS and serum vitamin A, FBS and serum vitamin C, serum vitamin A and serum vitamin C, serum vitamin A and MDA for different levels of HbA1c. This allows us to evaluate the effect of various markers on the development of diabetes. To conduct this study, a group of 300 patients with type 2 diabetes was considered.
