Анотація
The paper presents the design features of microcontroller measuring devices. Special attention is paid to the importance of the choice of analog-to digital converters in their development. The paper describes the main characteristics of analog-to-digital converters, basic operating modes. Shownhow do they affect technical features analog-to-digital converters on their capabilities.
