Abstract

This research presents a hybrid intelligent system for personalizing IT learning plans using ontologies and NLP techniques. By combining Transformer models for semantic mapping with graph algorithms, the system generates logically consistent educational plans. The implementation of Explainable AI (XAI) principles ensures transparent verification of prerequisites, where fundamental courses precede specialized ones. This approach significantly reduces cognitive load and improves navigation through complex academic structures.
