dc.description.abstract	As software becomes more important in products and processes, companies need to deliver high-quality software features quickly and continuously. DevOps is a proven way to do this, but it’s mostly been used by tech companies. To bring these benefits to manufacturing, a DevOps approach was designed specifically for industrial settings, based on best practices and the needs of the industry. This approach was tested through real development cycles, and experts confirmed that it works well for improving software development in manufacturing systems.
