dc.description.abstract	A comprehensive system for planning purchases and accounting for raw material supplies is crucial for optimizing production processes in the food industry, particularly in confectionery manufacturing. This paper presents the development of a suite of services integrated within the information system «Confectionery factory». The proposed solution automates raw material procurement by analyzing inventory data, production requirements, and market conditions. It enables efficient supplier selection and real-time monitoring of raw material supplies, thereby ensuring smooth production operations and cost-effectiveness.
