Електронний підпис та цифрові документи: правова сила в Україні

Abstract

The paper examines the regulatory framework for electronic document management and the use of electronic signatures in Ukraine. It analyzes the current legal basis guaranteeing the legal validity of digital documents and the mechanisms for ensuring their authenticity. Key barriers to the implementation of the technology are identified: security risks, infrastructure dependence, digital inequality, and cross-border compatibility issues. The need for a comprehensive update of legislation and technical tools for the stable development of electronic interaction is substantiated.
